FUO Daily Report, publishers of Federal University Otuoke daily news was established in 2021 by Master Joel James Otobo (a renowned young writer, veteran journalist in making, and a 100 level student of Political Science department of federal university Otuoke. Joel Otobo was editor of Tgobs magazine and the First Managing Director of Tgobs Prime. He is from Emeyal 2 community, Ogbia local government area in the present Bayelsa state of Nigeria.
